Delivery and refunds

Online Shop

We use PayPal to manage payments for our online shop and memberships. Please note we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Here is some helpful information about our service.

Delivery

Items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, except bank holidays. We will contact you via email to advise when your order has been despatched.

Delivery is usually via Royal Mail with the exception of larger deliveries which will be done by courier.

Delivery to some postcodes, including Northern Ireland, may take a little longer and outlying parts of the UK may take up to 8 working days – longer for overseas.

 

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Out of Joint’s online shop, you can return it to us (at your cost) within 30 days of despatch in its original condition and we will refund the product price less our postage costs. If the goods you received were faulty or damaged we will also refund the postage costs.
